the service was really good, i got daily access to both the aquarium and aquaventure waterpark. i also received a baby bath tub and steriliser since i was travelling with an infant. there were multiple restaurant options available onsite (so convenient!).

I found the staff friendly and professional. The included extras, like the Aquaventure water park and the Lost Chambers Aquarium, offered great entertainment. There was a vast selection of dining options available, ensuring every taste was catered for (and I mean every!).
I found the lack of bars and clubs. Everything closes by 10 PM. I would have appreciated some more late-night entertainment options.

I found the breakfast amazing with so much variety. the location was fabulous. It is a wonderful resort with everything you need. facilities included a great water park and other attractions.
the reception area felt constantly busy. there was no way to directly report issues. the pools also felt really busy, they merged into one at 6pm. the room decor seemed poor and the painting was substandard as the room felt very run down.

The pool was acceptable. It was not crowded when i visited.
The check-in process was a disaster. i waited almost an hour. then, i discovered extra charges on my bill after i checked out. I never even used the services. it made me wonder if this was a genuine mistake or a deliberate attempt to overcharge.
