Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was filled with awe-inspiring facilities and some lovely moments, but service left a lot to be desired. The hotel boasts stunning architecture and a fantastic waterpark that my kids loved. However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating, with long queues and a lack of warmth from staff. Overall, it's great for families but be prepared for some hiccups in service.
I had an very nice experience at Atlantis, The Palm. The staff were overwhelmingly attentive and provided great service, especially in the Imperial Club. While the resort is massive and somewhat lacks that quintessential Dubai opulence, the amenities-from the water park to the aquarium-made my stay lovely. The dining options were plentiful, although some restaurants were closed. Overall, it's a lovely family resort, although navigating the layout can be a bit overwhelming at times.
I had a fantastic time at Atlantis, The Palm. The luxurious rooms with amazing views really impressed me, and the service was great. While the dining could get a bit crowded in the buffets, the diverse options kept things exciting. However, the high prices made me opt for half-board, which I was grateful for. Overall, it's a amazing place to stay, especially for families.
My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was truly nice! The stunning hotel, excellent food, and friendly staff made for an very nice experience. However, I did face a lengthy check-in process, which wasn't ideal. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for families or anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.
My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was a blend of lovely experiences and some frustrations. While the room on the 21st floor offered a amazing view, the long queues during check-in and at meals could be quite tiresome. The dining options were impressive but certainly on the pricier side, and service varied depending on the restaurant. Overall, the resort's ambiance and facilities were really good, making it a nice experience despite a few drawbacks.
