My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was filled with awe-inspiring facilities and some lovely moments, but service left a lot to be desired. The hotel boasts stunning architecture and a fantastic waterpark that my kids loved. However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating, with long queues and a lack of warmth from staff. Overall, it's great for families but be prepared for some hiccups in service.

Rooms
9.0
Our suite was spacious with beautiful decor, including a chandelier in the bathroom, which felt quite luxurious.
Service
6.0
While some staff were friendly, the overall service felt rigid and lacking in the personalized touch I expected from a five-star hotel.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location is stunning, right on the beach and with plenty to do onsite, but it is a bit far from other attractions.
Dining
8.0
Dining options were extensive and high-quality, though the stipulations of the half-board package felt a bit too strict.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities, including pools and the aquarium, were really good, making for a fun-filled stay for the kids.

I had an very nice experience at Atlantis, The Palm. The staff were overwhelmingly attentive and provided great service, especially in the Imperial Club. While the resort is massive and somewhat lacks that quintessential Dubai opulence, the amenities—from the water park to the aquarium—made my stay lovely. The dining options were plentiful, although some restaurants were closed. Overall, it's a lovely family resort, although navigating the layout can be a bit overwhelming at times.

I stayed in the spacious Imperial Terrace room, which was beautifully appointed with a large terrace overlooking the palm. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, providing ample space for my family.
Service
10.0
The service was excellent, with staff like Jed and Shristee from the Imperial Club going above and beyond to accommodate us. I felt truly pampered, and the attention to detail made a significant difference during my stay.
Location
9.0
Being situated on the Palm is a unique experience, and though it's a bit out of the way from the mainland, the views and cooler atmosphere were lovely. The resort itself has so much to offer that I didn't feel the need to leave.
Dining
9.0
The dining options were diverse and of high quality, especially in the Imperial Club, where breakfast was complimentary and quite lavish. The Saffron and Kaleidoscope restaurants offered amazing buffets, though some variety was limited during my visit due to closures.
Facilities
10.0
The facilities are fantastic, with a water park that exceeded my expectations and a variety of other attractions to explore, including the Lost Chambers. The attention to cleanliness and safety was impressive.

I had a fantastic time at Atlantis, The Palm. The luxurious rooms with amazing views really impressed me, and the service was great. While the dining could get a bit crowded in the buffets, the diverse options kept things exciting. However, the high prices made me opt for half-board, which I was grateful for. Overall, it’s a amazing place to stay, especially for families.

Rooms

My room was beautiful and immaculate, featuring a lovely view of the Dubai skyline. The attention to detail, like rose petals and towel animals, made for a good touch.
Service
Location

The resort is perfectly situated on the Palm Jumeirah, right next to the Aquaventure Waterpark, which was an absolute highlight of my stay.
Dining
8.0
Dining at Atlantis offered a variety of options, including world-class spots like Nobu. However, I found the buffets a bit hectic and priced quite high, which made half-board a smart choice.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were amazing, especially the water park and the Imperial Lounge. There were plenty of activities for kids, and the attention from staff was commendable.

My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was truly nice! The stunning hotel, excellent food, and friendly staff made for an very nice experience. However, I did face a lengthy check-in process, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough for families or anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

I stayed in an Imperial Club room, which was spacious and had beautiful views over the Palm. It was perfect for my family. Overall, the room was comfortable and met all our needs.
Service

The service was great throughout my stay. From the friendly staff greeting me at check-in to the assistance I received regarding dietary needs, it felt like everyone genuinely cared about my experience.
Location

The location is fantastic, with everything you might want nearby. However, it is quite far from local amenities, making it a bit challenging if you want to explore outside the hotel.
Dining

The food was really good! I loved the variety at the breakfast buffet and the themed dinners. The chefs even accommodated my dietary restrictions, which made me feel valued.

The range of facilities was impressive, from the pristine pools to the spacious water park. Everything was well-maintained, and the lifeguards made for a safe environment for my kids.

My stay at Atlantis, The Palm was a blend of lovely experiences and some frustrations. While the room on the 21st floor offered a amazing view, the long queues during check-in and at meals could be quite tiresome. The dining options were impressive but certainly on the pricier side, and service varied depending on the restaurant. Overall, the resort's ambiance and facilities were really good, making it a nice experience despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
9.0
I had a spacious and clean Ocean Queen Room on the 21st floor with an amazing view, though I noticed the design of the toilet was a bit odd. Overall, it was a lovely room that made my stay comfortable.
Service
8.0
The staff were mostly warm, helpful, and attentive, but I experienced some inconsistencies such as delays in housekeeping. However, my room valet, Lynn, added a very personal touch to the stay with some special surprises.
Location
7.0
Atlantis is well-located next to the Aquaventure water park, but it is somewhat isolated from other attractions in Dubai. It definitely requires taxis for getting around, which adds to the overall costs of your adventure.
Dining
7.0
Dining at the resort offered a wide choice and high-quality food, although I found the prices steep, especially during busy hours. The experience at Saffron was delicious, but breakfasts involved long waits to be seated.
Facilities
9.0
The resort features excellent facilities like the Lost Chambers Aquarium and Aquaventure water park, which were fantastic parts of my stay. However, there were upsells for additional experiences that felt unnecessary.
